Is there a step by step guide on how to deploy smart contract in the Astar ecosystem?

📄️AstarBase

The AstarPass and ShidenPass registration websites were retired at the end of Q1 2024 (forum announcement). The AstarBase contracts stay on-chain: existing registrations remain readable and the functions below still work, but there is no official user interface for new registrations any more.
